About Me | The Mindful Journal

Hi, I’m Jordan — a student leader, creator, and someone who’s endlessly curious about how people learn, grow, and connect. The Mindful Journal is my space to think out loud about education, creativity, leadership, and the moments that shape us. I’ve spent the last several years involved in organizations like FCCLA, show choir, and student leadership, and those experiences have taught me how powerful it is when service, creativity, and community come together.

My work tends to live at the intersection of leadership and creative expression. I’ve planned events, led projects, mentored peers, choreographed performances, designed presentations, and created promotional content — all of which taught me that ideas only matter when you’re willing to build them into something real. Whether I’m organizing a service project or performing on stage, I try to bring energy, intention, and follow-through to everything I do.

I’m often described as someone who’s organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative — especially when something needs structure, clarity, or a creative push. I love working with people, building teams, and finding ways to make projects meaningful, engaging, and purposeful. I’m especially drawn to opportunities that involve public speaking, planning, design, leadership development, and community impact.

Looking ahead, I want to keep growing as a leader, creator, and advocate for positive change. I’m interested in paths that blend service, innovation, and education — places where ideas can turn into action and where people can be empowered to do their best work. This blog is a reflection of that journey: a space to share what I’m learning, thinking, and creating, and a place to explore how mindful leadership can shape classrooms, communities, and the world around us.

Welcome to The Mindful Journal. I’m excited to keep building what comes next.
